1. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission has not accepted new complaints since 20 March 2025 and will be fully discontinued on 20 July 2025.

3. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
