Wallstoneberg is a video sharing platform for business where business owners, startup founders, small-mid-large businesses showcase products, services, spaces and expertise to be discovered by customers.
Does Wallstoneberg create or produce business videos?
No. Wallstoneberg does not create, film, edit, or produce videos. We are only a hosting and discovery platform. When you upload your own business video, it appears on a clean, structured business profile that customers can view — exactly as you uploaded it.
Is Wallstoneberg a streaming service or a platform for downloading movies or digital content?
No. Wallstoneberg is not a streaming service and does not provide downloadable movies, entertainment media, or digital files of any kind. Wallstoneberg is simply a business-video directory: businesses upload their own introduction video, and customers watch it to understand what the business offers.
Who can register on Wallstoneberg?
Business owners, entrepreneurs, startups founders, brands and self-employed professionals. It’s a B2B platform.
How do I add my first video?
Go to How-it-works page for detailed instructions.
Is the first listing free?
Yes. Your first business video listing is free. Additional videos require a paid tier.
Do you post my video on social media?
We share your Wallstoneberg link and description on our official LinkedIn and Facebook pages. We do not download and re-upload your file.
How long does content review take?
Submissions pass a short quality & compliance review. Check our CONTENT STANDARDS page. You will get a confirmation email for approval.
What video specs are recommended?
MP4, 16:9 aspect, 720p+ with clear audio or without audio. You may also upload videos taken from mobile. Keep file size practical for faster uploads.
Can I edit my business details later?
Yes. Update info, hours, links or replace your video from your dashboard.
Can I have multiple videos?
Yes. One free listing to start; second video require a paid plan. The first free video has maximum time limit of one minute, second video has maximum time limit of 3 minutes.
Which categories are available?
We cover a wide range of business categories—pick the closest match when creating your listing. Check our homepage "left side bar".
Uploading
What content isn’t allowed?
Illegal, infringing, harmful or deceptive content; adult content; hate/violence; misleading claims; and third-party materials you lack rights to. Check CONTENT STANDARDS page for more details.
Can I use licensed music or stock footage?
Only with valid rights for commercial online display. Keep proof of license.
Do you accept vertical videos?
Yes. Landscape 16:9 is preferred.
Can I upload captions?
Yes—include burned-in captions in your video for accessibility.
Will you edit my video?
We don’t edit user videos. Please upload a final version.
Pricing & Billing
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. We email you on your registered business email address. Option for Downloadable from your dashboard for paid tiers is unavailable, however this feature will be available soon.
Which payment methods are supported?
We support manual bank transfer or PayPal (in some cases). We do not have payment gateway and we do not ask for your credit or debit card details.
Can I switch or upgrade plans?
Yes—upgrade or add listings anytime. Proration depends on billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?

Are plans monthly or annual?
Plans are Monthly. It is PAY AS YOU GO format cycle.
Do you offer promotion or featured spots?
Occasional promotions/featured placements may be offered; availability varies.

Who owns my content?
You own it. You grant Wallstoneberg a license to host/display it and to announce it via links on our official social pages.
How do takedown requests work?
Submit via the Data Copyright page with URLs and evidence. We review and act per policy and law.
What’s in the Imprint (Impressum)?
Publisher details required under German law: business address and contact details.
Is this legal advice?
No. Our pages provide general information for business customers. Seek independent legal advice for your situation.
What happens if I violate the Terms?
We may remove content or restrict/terminate accounts for repeated or serious breaches.
Can I use Wallstoneberg trademarks?
Use our name and link to your listing; avoid implying endorsement. Logos require permission.
Privacy & GDPR
What business data do you collect?
Business name, address, website, public contact details and description. No personal home addresses or personal financial details.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don’t sell business data to third parties.
Cookie usage?
Essential and analytics cookies per our Privacy Policy; manage consent via our banner where available.
Where is data stored?
Hosted with reputable providers in the EU/EEA or with adequate safeguards.
How long do you keep data?
As long as needed for service, legal obligations and security—then deleted or anonymized.
How can I exercise GDPR rights?
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your business data where applicable.
B2B and right of withdrawal?
We provide a B2B service; consumer withdrawal rules generally do not apply to business customers.

How do I reset my password?
Use “Forgot Password” on login. Check your inbox for the reset link/OTP.
I didn’t get the OTP. What now?
Verify your details, check spam/promotions, and request again after 60 seconds. Contact support if it persists.
Can my team share one login?
You can share at your own responsibility. Follow your organization’s security practices.
Do you offer 2FA?
Currently we do not offer 2FA. However, this feature may be available in future.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support from your registered email with your business URL; we’ll verify and process deletion.

How fast is the response time?
We try to respond quickly, but times may vary based on volume and complexity.
Can I get help optimizing my video?
We provide tips; editing or production services aren’t included.
How do I report a listing?
Send the listing URL, reason and evidence (if any). We’ll review under our Content Standards and Terms.
How do I get featured?
Complete profiles, high-quality videos and active sharing help. Editorial selections are occasional and discretionary.
Who is the Free plan for?
Free is for a new business or small local shop that is not ready to pay yet and wants a simple listing that can be found.
Who is the Pro plan for?
Pro is for businesses that are already running and want more visibility than Free, without trying to chase leads aggressively.
Who is the Elite plan for?
Elite is for businesses that depend on calls, bookings, or enquiries and want the strongest visibility on Wallstoneberg.
Do higher plans rank above lower plans?
Yes. Elite listings are shown ahead of Pro listings, and Pro listings are shown ahead of Free listings.
Are Pro and Elite billed monthly or annually?
Pro and Elite are billed annually. The pricing page shows the monthly equivalent for easier comparison.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan from your dashboard. If you downgrade, you may need to remove content to fit the new limits.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes. You can edit your business details, photos, videos, keywords, and CTA anytime from your dashboard.
Can I change my Primary CTA button later?
Yes. You can change your Primary CTA in your profile settings. Wallstoneberg allows one Primary CTA per business to keep things simple for customers.
What video should I upload to get the best result?
Keep it clear and simple: say who you are, what you do, where you are located, and how customers can contact you.
Use good lighting and clear audio. A smartphone video is fine.
Can I list more than one location?
If you operate in multiple cities, create separate listings per city so customers see the right address and results stay accurate.
How do I help customers find me faster?
Use simple words people actually search for in your video title and keywords, and upload real photos (outside sign, inside, team, work examples).
